Coalition Kings of Cool
When I mentioned to an ultra-hip young designer that the Department of Health is thinking about legislation (leopards, spots; the Big State is still with us) to force tobacco manufacturers to retail their cigarettes in plain, brown, packs his eyes lit up in approval. "Cool!" he said.

I agree, I have long thought that a blank pack would look rather stylish.
Simplicity and minimalism is often "more" in design.
If they were REALLY serious about it, the Dictatorship in Bruxelle could demand all manufactureres cover the products with pictures of Angela Merkal getting her tits out for the lads.
Or Margret Thatcher. Depends where you are.
